His Beliefs
My major belief as a collective threat to all humans, lies in not giving in to the temptation of the symptoms that can best be understood by looking at the concept of the Boiling Frog Syndrome. (Watch the short video below, Boiling Frog Syndrome.) I feel that I must resist the daily temptations to become too comfortable with my present status in life and resist the comfort of not changing and growing as my environment changes. I must have the courage to take risks even when I am afraid to change or feel too comfortable to work on forming positive habits that I know will lead to greater well-being. I must keep telling myself that everything and everyone changes, and that change is necessary for my future well-being.
